Master Services & Operational Framework Agreement • PAY2FLOW services Pvt. Ltd

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") governs the structural usage of the digital payment routing interface, white-label network terminals, and web properties accessible via https://pay2flow.online, operated under the enterprise brand name PAY2FLOW services Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our infrastructure, initiating tokenized payloads, or interacting with our NPCI BBPS routing clusters, you explicitly affirm full execution and compliance with these terms.

1. Proprietary Account Integrity & User Mandate

To access the transactional terminals provided by PAY2FLOW services Pvt. Ltd, users must satisfy rigorous onboarding criteria. You explicitly agree that:

  • All data strings, identification credentials, and payment identifiers furnished during the registration workflow must be authentic, precise, and current.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of security tokens, API credentials, OTP structures, and account access logs.
  • Any unauthorized network breach, data leak, or anomalous ledger routing traced to your user session must be flagged immediately to our corporate security desk.

2. Operational Scope of Services

PAY2FLOW services Pvt. Ltd deploys decentralized technology clusters to facilitate high-speed consumer payments across multiple domestic utility segments. The operational scope natively includes:

  • Prepaid cellular communications tariff processing and real-time operator data package distribution.
  • Postpaid cellular networks, broadband infrastructures, and landline bill payments.
  • Utility bill routing (including Electricity Grids, Water Boards, and Piped Gas networks) connected via the authorized BBPS pipeline.
  • Financial services aggregations including FASTag electronic toll topups, insurance premium routing, Loan EMI repayments, and Credit Card balance liquidations.

3. Transaction Execution & Performance Benchmarks

All transactional payloads are handled under unified automated routing architectures designed to execute within an industry-standard 1.4-second response array. However, system performance remains subject to upstream banking cluster uptimes and central clearing server variables. The user explicitly understands that PAY2FLOW services Pvt. Ltd shall not hold liability for failures induced by wrong consumer parameters (such as typing an incorrect CA Number, Subscriber ID, or Mobile Identifier).

4. Commercial Tariff, Levies & Payment Rules

Transactions may be authorized through multiple payment models, including Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Credit/Debit Card networks, and native net-banking structures. While PAY2FLOW services Pvt. Ltd maintains an absolute zero convenience fee paradigm on standard domestic retail transactions, specific commercial operations, high-tier merchant categories, or custom corporate APIs may carry statutory processing surcharges defined strictly at the checkout node.

5. Failed Settlement Safeguards & Reversal Protocols

In the event of an asynchronous data sync—where funds are successfully debited from the customer's account ledger but an upstream network drop causes a failure at the service provider node—the system automatically activates our atomic recovery protocols:

  • An automated reversal packet is disptached across the active payment gateway within 180 seconds to clear the system balance.
  • The settlement of funds into the customer's original source bank account remains subject to national banking cycle clearings (typically requiring 3-7 business days).
  • Recharges or utility settlements processed successfully based on erroneous information entered by the consumer are legally binding and strictly non-refundable.

6. Anti-Fraud Compliance & System Security

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scripts, data scrapers, or malicious payload packers to interface with our network clusters. Any attempts to structurally test our firewalls, bypass data encryption loops, or utilize our payment channels for illegal liquidation or structured layering will result in an immediate permanent account lock and escalation to financial cyber-intelligence desks.

7. Comprehensive Disclaimers & Indemnification

The payment routing framework is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" architecture. PAY2FLOW services Pvt. Ltd explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company directors, engineers, and partner networks against any loss, legal claim, data liability, or system downtime resulting directly from your breach of these core operational clauses.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Jurisdiction

This structural agreement is governed strictly by and construed according to the corporate financial laws of India. Any legal dispute, operational disagreement, or system challenge arising under this framework shall be referred to exclusive arbitration and resolution channels located nearest to our registered office node at pathankot punjab.
